Box Office
The box office at 1st SUMMIT ARENA is located inside the arena lobby, accessible via the arena’s side entrance (near the corner of Market Street and Napoleon Street). The box office is open for ticket sales on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 AM to 10PM. On Fridays when an event is going on sale to the public for the first time, the box office will be open from 10 AM until 2 PM. On event days, the box office will be open two hours prior to the start of the event, until 30 minutes after the event begins. Additional hours may vary.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please be prepared to show identification if using a credit card. We do not accept personal checks or Ticketmaster gift cards.
Ticket Sales
Unless otherwise noted, tickets to upcoming events 1st SUMMIT ARENA @ Cambria County War Memorial can be purchased at the 1st SUMMIT ARENA box office and at Ticketmaster.com.
The 1st SUMMIT ARENA box office cannot accept ticket orders over the phone, except for fans requesting ADA seating or groups needing 10 or more tickets.
Please note that some events at the arena (such as but not limited to most youth/school sports competitions and tournaments) do not offer advance ticket sales through the arena. Please contact the host league or organization for ticket information.
To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, we recommend purchasing tickets directly through the arena box office or at Ticketmaster.com, and consider the following:
- Using a direct link from the artist or venue webpage is a good way to avoid unauthorized ticket dealers.
- You can check the URL or address bar in your web browser to verify you are at Ticketmaster.com before buying tickets.
- Websites that sell tickets without identifying the specific section name, row name and seat number should be considered risky and vetted carefully before making any purchase.
- 1st SUMMIT ARENA does not endorse the use of these third-party sites and cannot resolve any issues connected to the use of these sites.
- Do not post pictures of your tickets on social media with an exposed barcode.
- Secure your tickets in a safe place. Lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets may not be able to be replaced.
Will Call
All Will Call customers must bring photo identification to pick up their tickets. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser unless an alternative pick up has been arranged in advance.
Will Call tickets will be available for pickup on the day of the event, when doors open. If you require an earlier pick up, call or email the Box Office. (814-536-5156). Early distribution of tickets may be prohibited for certain events or ticket types.
Ticketmaster Customers MUST bring the following:
- Credit card used to purchase tickets.
- Confirmation number
- Photo identification
Other will call, such as group sales, radio station winners, or ADA, are available for pickup 1 hour prior to the event when doors open for entry into the venue. Please contact the box office or review your ticket information your Ticketmaster/Artist representative may have sent for details.
In order to serve our guests, The box office will allow you to drop off tickets for a friend, client, or family member coming at a later time. To avoid confusion be sure to communicate to your friend, client, or family member what time you will be dropping the tickets off and follow up with them after you do. This will prevent them from arriving at the box office too soon.
1st SUMMIT ARENA is not responsible for lost, undelivered or incorrect third-party will call tickets.

Pre-sales are online only at Ticketmaster.com unless stated otherwise. Certain events at 1st SUMMIT ARENA offer venue pre-sales to our newsletter & social media subscribers. Join our Newsletter to sign up for free to start receiving these notifications or follow us on Facebook & Instagram.
TICKETMASTER
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of 1st SUMMIT ARENA.
Other than in person at the box office, tickets may also be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or on the Ticketmaster App available at the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store.
Some events will offer special ticket purchasing offers through Fan Club sites or discounts using websites like Groupon. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify the validity of such offers.

Re-Entry Policy
1st SUMMIT ARENA has a “no re-entry policy”. If a patron chooses to leave the facility after entering, they will not be allowed to re-enter the facility.
Age Restrictions
For most events, children age 2+ require a ticket for admission. Certain programming directed toward a younger audience may require a ticket for children younger than 2. For more details, please visit the specific event page.
For Johnstown Tomahawks hockey, anyone that has reached their 4th birthday is required to have a ticket for admission.
Children who are below the age limitation are required to sit on a ticket holder’s lap and are not to restrict the view of guests sitting behind them.
For your convenience, baby changing stations are also located in the men’s and women’s restrooms behind Section 4 & Section 14.
ADA Seating
Guests requiring special seating, such as for wheelchairs, semi-ambulatory, mobility impairments, hearing impairments, or the like can be purchased in person at the 1st SUMMIT ARENA Box Office or by selecting the option on Ticketmaster.com.
Handicap/ADA accessible, wheelchair & individuals with limited mobility have the option to purchase seats located in Sections 1, 21, 19, and 17 for concerts, and sections 1, 21, 19, 17, 6, and 7 for hockey games. For more information about these tickets please call the box office at 814-536-5156.
Group Sales & Luxury Suites
