Bags
- All bags entering the building may be subject to search.
- Fans are permitted to bring clear see-through bags no larger than 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide by 8 inches deep.
- Smaller bags, such as clutch purses, no larger than 5 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 6 inches deep.
- Medically necessary bags and diaper bags for children ages 4 and younger are also permitted.
- Large bags or backpacks are prohibited.
Prohibited Items
- Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind
- Outside food and beverage
- Umbrellas
- Laser pointers
- Wallet Chains
- Recording devices (audio or video)
- Posters, flags, or similar signs that will obstruct the view of other fans.
- All patrons are subject to search upon entry.

Bathroom Changing Stations
Located in both the Men’s & Women’s Restrooms located behind Section 4 & Section 14. A Family restroom is also located behind Section 3.
Youth Ticket Inquiries
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two if they sit on their parent or guardian’s lap. I f a child requires his/her own seat, a ticket will be required.
Please call the box office if you have any questions regarding what age your child will need a ticket. (It varies from show to show, however most shows require children 2+ to have a ticket. Some shows intended for young children may require children 1+ to have a ticket.

Re-Entry
Once an individual exits the building, they will not be permitted to re-enter the event.
Smoking
A smoking area will be located at the front entrance.

As a means of creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, 1ST SUMMIT ARNEA asks for your assistance and compliance with the following:
- Abusive or foul language and obscene gestures directed towards other guests, arena employees, players, coaches, performers, or officials.
- Clothing containing offensive language or indecent graphics.
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption.
- Smoking, except in designated areas located at the front entrance.
- Banners & signs are not permitted.
- Prohibited entry items such as containers, food and beverage, air horns, weapons, laser pointers and selfie-sticks.
- Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.
- Throwing objects, either within the seating section or onto the ice or event performance area.
- Guests who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance, or game.
- Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact 1ST SUMMIT ARENA box office staff immediately. Our Guest Services is located at the box office.
Guests not abiding by this Fan Courtesy Policy are subject to ejection from 1ST SUMMIT ARENA and in some cases subject to criminal prosecution.
Concessions
Concession opens when doors open for any event. (Usually this is 1 hour prior to the Show or event start time).
Items for sale:
- Food (Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken & Fries etc.),
- Snacks (Popcorn, Ice Cream, pretzels, nachos & cheese, etc.),
- Beverages (Pepsi products, Water, Gatorade)
- Wine Ice Cream
- Beer (Located in each concession stand, brands may vary from stand to stand)
- Mixed Drinks (Bar located behind Section 1 and Bar located in Stars & Stripes Lounge) Each Concession stand offers a different variety of the above-listed items.
